Taichi Quan is one of the most popular traditional inner Kungfu style in China, which is originally created as martial art. Meanwhile, it was also used for cultivating chi and relax mind because of its slow, soft and fluent training method. In modern society, more and more people give preference to its significant part in wellness retreat. In our school, we teach Taichi quan in both kungfu way and wellness way.
There are 5 different Taichi quan styles, which are named by the family name who created this style. Chen style and Yang style are most popular trained in china, Yang style is adapted from Chen Style and it is simplified from Chen style.
For the Taichi Quan Practitioner, you have to realize that it takes more time than other Kungfu styles if you want to train Taichi Quan well. Mindly, You should be peaceful, be patient, unify yourself with nature.
We recommend the students who plan to stay within two months to learn Yang style Taichi Quan. Yang Style is relative easier for beginner to practice.
It’s up to you to choose to learn Chen style or Yang Style Taichi. We will teach you Taichi Quan Basics, Taichi Quan assistant training, Taichi quan form and Taichi Quan weapon.
We will teach more on the basis of 6 months study, pay attention to correct moves in details and explain Chinese traditional Ying-yang culture behind Taichi Quan Moves.
