You’ve always felt the pull. Now, step onto the path.
At Tianmeng, Kung Fu (功夫 · Gōng Fu) builds real strength, Tai Chi (太极拳 · Tài Jí Quán) refines mindful flow, and Qi Gong (气功 · Qì Gōng) restores and nourishes from within. Each practice awakens the body’s innate intelligence and steadies the spirit through lived experience.
We are here to guide you — not only in shaping form, 形 (xíng), but in cultivating inner transformation, 化 (huà), that unfolds over time through disciplined practice.
循道而行,功成于身。
Walk the Way, and the work is fulfilled through the body.
At Tianmeng, training is lived as the unfolding of 阴阳 (Yīn–Yáng) — a quiet dialogue between movement and stillness, effort and ease. Each day opens into complementary forms of practice that guide the body toward balance, strength, and enduring wellness.
Through dynamic training, 力 (lì · power) and clarity take shape in the body. Through flowing 太极拳 (Tài Jí Quán · Tai Chi) and restorative 气功 (Qì Gōng), softness, sensitivity, and deep regulation are cultivated. Together, these practices shape resilience that is both visible and internal.
Students are invited to listen inwardly, 内观 (nèi guān), allowing training to meet them as they are. Some days call for vigor and outward expression; others for restoration and inward refinement. At times, depth is found by remaining with one mode of practice, allowing it to mature through steady cultivation.
In this way, training becomes responsive rather than rigid, supporting the learning of complete forms while gradually harmonizing strength (力), vitality (气 · qì), and calm (静 · jìng) from the inside out.
阴阳相济,动静合一。
When Yin and Yang support one another, movement and stillness become one.
